2023
• Icade joins the Carbon Disclosure Project’s A-List Climate.
• Icade participates with the Sustainable Real Estate Observatory (OID) in the financing and scaling up of the Bat-Adapt tool for monitoring climate change adaptation issues.
• Launch of the Villes en Vue offer by Synergies Urbaines, to transform city entrances into mixed, desirable neighbourhoods that are consistent with existing urban planning, landscape and heritage.
• Icade organised the fifth edition of the Solidarity Days, in which 200 employees from local associations participated.
• As part of the G20, the Origine building (Nanterre) was ranked among the 100 most sustainable buildings in the world.

• Creation of the Purpose Advisory Board whose mission is to assess the effectiveness of the actions implemented as part of the deployment of the Raison d'être, the relevance of the monitoring indicators used and to propose areas for progress.
• The Science Based Target initiative validates the 1.5°C alignment of Icade's carbon pathway
• 1st “Say on Climate & Biodiversity” at the general meeting of shareholders in April 2022, approved by 99.3%.
• Icade takes 1st place in the Carbon4 Finance ranking among listed real estate companies in France and around the world.
• Creation of the “Bail engagé Climat”: aligned with the objectives of the Paris Agreement, this allows climate issues to be placed at the heart of contractual relations between the lessor and the tenant.
• Icade is strengthening its offer by investing in Domani, an Urban Odyssey start-up, and a pioneer in shared housing for the elderly with loss of autonomy.
2021
• Icade sat atop the 2022 ranking of the 2,000 most responsible French companies compiled by Le Point magazine and its partner Statista.
• Icade created its own community land trust called “Icade Pierre Pour Tous”, with the aim of actively participating in the development of low-cost and intermediate home ownership in France.
• Icade has set out a Green Financing Framework for a portfolio of €2.5 billion of assets and relabelled its bond issued in January 2021 as green.
• In addition to the criterion relating to the amount of procurement from the sheltered work sector, Icade has included a second CSR criterion relating to the strategy to fight climate change in its performance incentive agreement.
• Icade has announced the ramping up of its low-carbon strategy called Low Carbon by Icade, the creation of a new timber construction subsidiary: Urbain des Bois and a redevelopment solution for office assets, including their conversion into housing: AfterWork.
2020
• Icade includes its Purpose in the preamble to the Company's Articles of Association.
• Icade Promotion creates the “Naturally at home” real estate offer, in favor of nature and housing for all.
• Icade Santé carries out its first “social” bond issue (Social Bond) for a size of 600 million euros, maturing in 2030 and at a fixed coupon of 1.375%.
• For the first time, Icade is including a CSR criterion in its profit-sharing agreement.
