Commercial Property Investment: EPRA earnings up +7.6% to €98.5 million and financial occupancy rate up +0.9 pp to 92.0%, vs. December 31, 2016.
Healthcare Property Investment: EPRA earnings up +6.1% to €47.4 million Property Development: Economic revenue3 stands at €552 million (+37.4%), NCCF at €10.5m (+111.6%), and ROE4 at 9.2%.
