With 370 inpatient and outpatient beds and a surface area of 23,500 sq.m, Clinique de l’Europe is one of the largest healthcare facilities in Normandy. In connection with this acquisition, Icade has signed a new lease with a firm term of 12 years with Vivalto Santé Group, the fourth largest player in the French private hospital sector. The yield for this investment is in line with the market yields for comparable assets.
