Following a strong H1 2019 for the Property Investment Divisions and in line with the property development market, Icade confirms its guidance for the year. Icade posted increased gross rental income, growing by a solid +3% on a like-for-like basis. The teams at Icade remain focused and disciplined with respect to implementing our strategic plan unveiled in 2018.
