3 Icade properties win CUBE Flex awards

This Tuesday, June 20, 2023, saw the awards ceremony for the CUBE Flex Competition, a challenge launched by RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité, Institut Français pour la Performance du Bâtiment (Ifpeb), and Action for Market Transformation - A4MT. Icade is very happy and proud to have been rewarded for three of its real estate assets and to be alongside its customer-tenants to receive the awards!

CUBE Flex is a national challenge aimed at accelerating the electrical flexibilization of commercial buildings. It is part of the French Energy Savings Championship, and Icade has won several prizes:

Icade won in 2️ categories: "Recent buildings" and "Offices over 30,000 m²" for the "Origine" office building in Nanterre, of which Technip Energies is a tenant and a climate-committed user.
Icade was 2nd on the podium for the "Recent Buildings" award for the "EQHO" office building in La Défense, where KPMG France is a tenant.
Icade was 2nd on the podium for the "Offices from 10,000 to 30,000 m²" award for the "Québec" office building in the Parc Icade Paris Orly-Rungis, whose tenants include Adecco France, Bridgestone Europe, GN Hearing France, Olympus France, Sauter Regulation, and Zimmer Dental.

Our policy of renovating our assets and improving the energy efficiency of buildings;
The use of low-carbon energy sources;
The integration, as part of acquisition and investment decisions, of an assessment of the energy and carbon performance of assets, as well as a renovation plan to reduce their carbon intensity where appropriate;
On the users' side, we help them to change their behavior and adopt more frugal habits.
