Icade’s Office Property Investment Division just completed building 007 in the Pont de Flandre business park, in the 19th district of Paris. This 8,500-sq.m building developed by Icade Promotion is fully pre-leased to URSSAF Île de-France for a period of 9 years with no break option.
This building designed by architect Anne Carcelen has both a wood and concrete structure.
It consists of a ground floor (a retail unit and fitness area), seven upper floors and an underground parking level.
This BIM-designed building is aiming to obtain HQE certification with a Very Efficient rating and BREEAM with an Excellent rating.
