Anne Fraisse will join Icade as CEO of Urbain des Bois starting on April 1, 2021. This subsidiary of Icade Promotion, launched in early 2021, will specialise in low-carbon construction and home personalisation. Anne will be tasked with promoting Urbain des Bois throughout France by developing real estate projects that are both participative and low-carbon. The use of biosourced materials, in particular wood, and the customised design of the dwellings will make it possible to respond to the expectations of local authorities and communities, and tackle the major challenges of urban transformation. The creation of Urban des Bois, which aims to generate revenue of €100m by 2025, exemplifies how Icade integrates its Purpose into its operations.
