Icade Promotion is pleased to announce the signing of an off-plan sale agreement totalling €34.9 million with Foncière INEA for the 10,741-sq.m “Le Landing” office building in Blagnac (Haute-Garonne), in close proximity to the Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
Icade Promotion is pleased to announce the signing of an off-plan sale agreement totalling €34.9 million with Foncière INEA for the 10,741-sq.m “Le Landing” office building in Blagnac (Haute-Garonne), in close proximity to the Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
The building will have NF HQE certification for office buildings and comply with RT 2012 -20% (energy performance 20% better than French Thermal Regulation 2012).
Icade Promotion will start construction on the building in April 2020, with completion scheduled in Q1 2022. This is the second off-plan sale agreement entered into with Foncière INEA, following the 6,700-sq.m Take Off building right next to “Le Landing”.
Through this new transaction, Icade has signed its 4th off-plan sale agreement in 2019 in the Toulouse metropolitan area, totalling close to €90 million and nearly 30,000 sq.m of office space.
