These two environmentally responsible projects led by Icade’s Regional Office and Synergies Urbaines will help preserve biodiversity in the city.
With the addition of these two new projects worth a total of €75 million excluding taxes, Icade Promotion has been awarded 19 projects through competitive bidding so far this year, representing nearly €1.0 billion in potential revenue (excluding taxes and on a proportionate consolidation basis) to be generated in 2020–2028.
