Jointly developed with Immoplus Promotion for Sodiac, “Les Berges de Flacourt” will eventually comprise 222 social housing units distributed among 10 buildings located in the centre of Sainte-Marie, part of which are earmarked for seniors. 163 housing units were completed in October 2020. The complex is scheduled for completion in March 2022.
Designed by MTA&C Architectes, the complex uses the ecodistrict as a model in its search for a balance between built and green spaces.
The project has already generated over 13,000 hours of professional integration, with priority given to local workers.
The project is NF Habitat certified.
