Co-development partnership with Ynov Campus to build a student campus consisting of a school specialised in the digital and audiovisual sectors, a student residence and a sports complex close to Porte d’Ivry in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne).
The higher education institution will offer professional training in digital technology, cinema and audiovisual media. The school covers 6,500 sq.m of floor area.
The 9,200-sq.m student residence is made up of 367 student housing units, one housing unit for an on-site manager and support facilities such as a breakfast area and co-working space, in addition to a gym and a laundry room.
The 3,400-sq.m sports complex will feature a multi-sport facility and a dojo.
Student residence: RT2012-20% (energy performance 20% better than French Thermal Regulation RT 2012) and NF Habitat HQE (living environment) certification with an “Excellent” rating
