Initial Prado is a mixed-use development composed of residential units and offices ideally located in the heart of Marseille. Its neighbourhood is sought after for its peace and quiet while having all the advantages of being in a big city. Offices converted into 113 residential units. Building height increased by 3 lightweight storeys (wood and steel)
