Located on the Place du Front Populaire, a new central hub for Greater Paris, Pulse embodies the new-generation office. Delivered in 2019 and designed by BFV Architectes, it boasts a distinctive architecture combining wood, concrete and glass, and houses exceptional spaces bathed in natural light. The most prestigious labels and certifications testify to its exemplary design and responsible management, and reinforce its status as an innovative and deeply committed building.
Pulse is an outstanding architectural achievement, offering a landscape of varied uses at the heart of a clear, fluid organisation.
The monumental atrium, the building's centrepiece, intuitively distributes flows and houses a wide range of services, including a concierge service, a fully-equipped fitness centre, work and relaxation areas and restaurants open to the outside world. A place of conviviality par excellence, it encourages exchanges in a pleasant, bright setting, whatever the time of day.
On the upper floors, the offices are spread out on either side of the atrium, on through floors of almost 4,000 m². On each level, wood and light create a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that encourages individual performance. The terraces, located on the second, sixth and top floors, are privileged destinations. The rooftop, in particular, is a popular area for users. It is an ideal setting for informal meetings as well as festive and relaxing moments, and offers exceptional views of the Sacré-Cœur and La Défense.
Pulse has been designed with sustainability and social responsibility in mind, mobilising all the stakeholders in the project around a common objective: to create a building that is innovative and sustainable, both in its design and in its operation. The building therefore uses a mixed wood-concrete structure, bio-sourced materials and elements largely derived from re-use, thereby considerably reducing its environmental impact. By way of illustration, 100% of the technical false floor slabs, 95% of the handrails and 100% of the furniture in the fitness changing rooms come from re-use.
Today, Pulse is one of the showcases of our expertise, and has been awarded the most demanding labels and certifications: NF HQE Bâtiments tertiaires (Passport Excellent obtained for the design and construction phases & sustainable building axis Excellent), BREEAM Very Good, BREEAM In-Use Excellent, E+C- (positive energy and carbon reduction) E2C1 and BBCA Excellent. What's more, whether through its bioclimatic architecture or the performance of its energy installations, Pulse minimises its energy needs and provides a more sustainable working environment.
Fully aware of the importance of offering everyone an optimised and facilitating working environment, we have made Pulse 100% accessible to people with reduced mobility and given a central place to inclusion and soft mobility.
Four bus lines, metro line 12, extension of tram line 8 by 2028... All means of transport lead to Pulse.
Cycle paths pave the way for soft mobility and easily link Pulse to Paris. Two-way cycle paths have also been installed in the Parc des Portes de Paris, for the comfort and safety of users.
In terms of public transport, access to RER lines E, B and D is just a few minutes away.
Icade's electric and private shuttles serve the entire Park and its services.
The A1 and A86 motorways are just 4 minutes from the ring road.
We are proud to present Pulse, an inspiring new-generation building.
Inspiring first and foremost because of its environment. Pulse is located in the heart of the emblematic Parc Icade des Portes de Paris. This former EMGP (Entrepôts et Magasins Généraux de Paris) site has been rehabilitated to become a vibrant, green tertiary campus covering almost 44 hectares. The site's industrial architectural heritage has been magnified and modernised to create a unique, vibrant place where a dynamic business community lives side by side.
It's also inspiring in its design. The building embodies our ambition to design and operate high environmental performance premises that are a pleasure to live in. Pulse's architecture is unique: wood, concrete and glass blend harmoniously to create a welcoming atmosphere and an openness to the outside world - to the city and the neighbourhood.
Inspiring, finally, through the experience it offers its occupants. While the office is a place where a company's employees exercise their talents in the service of a collective project, it is also a place to live. We have therefore designed a building that offers its residents a lively environment, conducive to sharing and conviviality. Its spaces facilitate exchanges, teamwork and performance, while its rooftop with views over Paris and La Défense is ideal for festive moments, relaxation and contemplation.
Immerse yourself in the unique experience of Pulse, which will thrill your employees and visitors alike.
Pulse, a new era of games.
