Designed by architectural firm Archikubik, the project involves the construction of a property complex divided into two buildings, Building A and Building B:
Building A looks onto Quai Marcel Boyer and has a total floor area of 16,569 sq.m, which includes:

  • A seniors’ residence with 111 apartments on the ground floor, mezzanine and floors 2-5
  • A 248-room student residence on the ground floor and floors 6-11
  • A long-term business traveller residence with 114 rooms on floors 11-17
  • Approximately 1,200 sq.m of office space on the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor
  • 80 parking spaces in the basement

Building B looks onto rue François Mitterrand and has a total floor area of 7,625 sq.m, which includes:

  • A 175-room hotel on the ground floor, mezzanine and floors 2-10
  • A business traveller residence with 99 rooms on the ground floor, mezzanine and floors 2-10

In June 2020, this project was sold off plan to real estate asset manager Primonial REIM for €112m.
