• 95 open market and affordable home ownership units (La Canopée complex) having obtained NF Habitat HQE (living environment) certification

Strong social and environmental dimensions

• Icade won a national competition organised by the ADIVbois association. The objective of this competition is to showcase projects mostly made of wood having the lowest carbon footprint.
• 76% of the structure made from wood
• Targeted environmental performance: E+/C- label – E3-C2 level.
• In’Nowatt: 23 years! That is the reduction in the energy footprint with respect to an energy-efficient building complying with current thermal regulations, expressed in years. The aim of the Wood’Art project is to be one of the innovative projects whose design results in the lowest possible energy footprint. This commitment to sustainable development strives to be exemplary and aims to break with tradition and change customary construction practices on a regional scale.
• Wood’Art achieved a BEPOS E3C2 performance level
• Wood’Art has a state-of-the-art thermal design with an excellent bioclimatic coefficient (Bbio): work on compactness, insulation and the treatment of thermal bridges with precise modelling of façade openings has significantly reduced the building’s energy needs. Such needs, which are characterised by the Bbio coefficient, have been reduced by 43% to 69% with respect to a standard building
