The Parc Icade des Portes de Paris offers its users a full range of services to simplify their daily lives, promote their well-being and encourage relaxation and creativity. These services include indoor and outdoor sports areas, restaurants, a concierge service, a crèche and a personalised events programme orchestrated by the Park's Happiness Manager.

With its brick and millstone facades, monumental ‘de Dion’-style metal framework, roof dormers and roof terraces, Steel stands out for its unique industrial and heritage architecture. Built around a luminous atrium, the workspaces are designed to maximise user well-being, with direct access to the terraces overlooking the Passage des Charbonniers.

STEEL is located in an environment where biodiversity and energy management are priorities. For example, the 1.5 hectare urban forest in the Parc des Portes de Paris, with its 1,500 trees chosen for their complementarity, helps to cool the spaces by recovering rainwater. It is also expected to absorb around 200 tonnes of carbon over the next 30 years.
